Patrick Miller and Jada Forrest purchased Countrywide Village Realty from long-term owner, Keith Nelson, in May 2021.
Patrick brings with him over 30 years of experience in real estate development and business throughout various parts of British Columbia. He is also a business owner of a local coffee shop and restaurant located in Youbou.
Jada was born and raised in Lake Cowichan and has great knowledge of the area, the community, and, most importantly, the people of the Cowichan Valley.
She has a strong passion for real estate and has personally purchased and sold numerous homes in this area. Jada has a keen eye for design and plenty of experience with renovations and home upgrades.
Our office is comprised of various realtors each bringing their own specialties such as local area knowledge, business, development, banking and finance, home renovations, and design all working together to offer you the best service and information possible.
We have also recently welcomed a new office assistant, Natasha, who is a great asset to our company with her many years of administrative experience, knowledge of new technology, and wonderful personality.
We are currently working on a new website, increasing our social media presence, and a complete office renovation is planned for the near future.
